AIR DRYER CONVEYOR
An air dryer is a system or piece of equipment that is used to remove moisture present in the air, particularly compressed air. They are important to maintain reliable operation of downstream equipment. The dew point temperature is the temperature at which the air becomes saturated with water vapor.
The principle of a conveyor dryer is simple: Feed is placed on a perforated belt and hot gas is passed through the belt and feed. This principle remains the same as the technology develops.
The basic function of the air dryer is to remove moisture from the air by cooling it with a refrigerant. Thus, the water vapor is condensed, and the air can be compressed. The result is dry compressed air, which can be used in compressed air equipment without causing any damage.
