Air Bubble Fruit vegetable Cleaning Machine working principle:
The fruits or vegetables are soaked in the water and are subjected to thorough agitation by means of powerful blower to remove dust and such foreign particles. The water pressure sprays can be installed to rinse the products. . It's suitable for those central kitchen or vegetable processing industry which deal with washing vegetable leaf, root, sea products and fruits. 
The unique design of the machine, completely eliminates human interference and provides full control for speed adjustment. It can also be equipped with other equipment as a part of the whole production line to meet the various requirements of our customers.

• Equipment should be capable of handling all kind of vegetables.
• Complete construction in SS 304 with modular belt conveyor to take away washed vegetables. Machine  construction  will be simple, easy to clean and confirm all sanitary norms.
• Washing tank with pressurized air blowing units  to create sufficient turbulence for effective cleaning of fruits and vegetables.
• Fresh water spray system will be provided on the top of discharge conveyor.
• Proper arrangement should be available in the washer to avoid settling of fruits at the bottom of the washer tank.
• Discharge conveyor will have a provision of geared motor with VFD.
