Leafy Vegetable Washer
The washer is fitted with a take-off conveyor made of modular belt. The product is dumped into the washer tank where an air blower attached o the unit will agitate it and subsequently washed by strong water spray. The product is pushed forward due to water pressure and reaches the take-off conveyor. On the take-off conveyor another spray of fresh water will be provided.
The unit consists of the following:
- Body Frame made of SS square tubes. The legs of the frame will extend up to the ground level.
- Modular plastic belt with cleats
- Support structure for modular belt.
- Blower for providing agitation in water.
- Pump or recirculation of water.
- Fresh water sprays arrangement during elevating the product. The unit is complete with suitable drive mechanism.
